Returns
All floral and plant purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrived damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by email with a photo. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, store credit, or exchange where appropriate.
For non-perishable items (accessories, candles, and gift items), returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
