Ordering

Every piece is designed and made specifically for you after you place your order. Nothing is pre-made or pulled from a shelf. The flower selection changes weekly based on what the season is offering.

Specific bloom requests cannot be guaranteed. Robin works with what the season is genuinely offering each week. You can leave a colour direction or palette note at checkout and it will always be taken into account — the final selection is Robin's.

No. Photos on the site show the aesthetic, the standard of the work, and the design sensibility — not the exact arrangement you will receive. Every piece is one of a kind.

Same-day orders are available Tuesday through Saturday for orders placed before 11am, subject to availability. For larger or more specific pieces, more notice is always appreciated.

Delivery & pickup

Yes. Local delivery is available to London and surrounding area. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

Yes. Studio pickup is available at 898 Dundas St, London. Thursday and Friday 11am–5pm, Saturday 12pm–4pm. Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment.

Yes — place your order before 11am Tuesday through Saturday. Same-day availability is subject to stock and not guaranteed on all products.

Weddings & events

Fill out the enquiry form on the Weddings page. Robin reviews all enquiries personally and will be in touch if your date and vision are a good fit.

Full wedding packages start from $2,500. À la carte pickup options are available from the Weddings page for smaller budgets.

No. Robin does not work alongside DIY florals at the same event. It's all or nothing — this protects the integrity of the design.

Preservation

Up to 12 months from the date your project is accepted. Preservation is precise, climate-sensitive work done in evenings and on weekends. Clients are asked not to follow up before 12 months has passed.

No. Robin selects projects personally and says no more often than yes. Preference is given to her own brides. Submit an enquiry on the Preservation page and you will hear back if your project is accepted.

No. Preservation is a seasonal practice and is not available in summer. Enquiries are reviewed when the season allows.

The studio

898 Dundas St, London, Ontario N5W 3A1. The studio shares a space with a tattoo shop — walk-ins are welcome during retail hours.

Tuesday – Wednesday by order or appointment. Thursday – Friday 11am–5pm. Saturday 12pm–4pm. Sunday and Monday closed.

Greeting cards are available to add to your order at checkout. All orders are wrapped with care — this is not an afterthought.
